A key part of our offering is Cabinet Pro , our online ordering platform that allows clients to manage and submit their cabinetry requirements efficiently. About the Role This role combines client relationship management, business development, and software support. A significant part of your role will involve training and supporting customers in using our Cabinet Pro system, helping them transition to more efficient, digital ordering processes. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base
- Build strong relationships with cabinetmakers, builders, and trade clients
- Train and support clients in using HPP’s Cabinet Pro online ordering system
- Assist customers in transitioning from manual to digital workflows
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Generate new business across the Gold Coast
- Pipeline client requirements into clear, practical manufacturing outcomes Who This Role Is For This role is ideal if you:
- Have a background in cabinetmaking, joinery, or cabinetmaking online ordering programs
- Understand materials, hardware, and cabinetry construction
- Have a genuine interest in computers, software, and learning current systems
- Are comfortable guiding others through digital tools and processes
- Communicate clearly and build trust easily
- Are looking to move into a less physically demanding, higher-growth role
- Are motivated, organised, and open to structured training
