Set between ocean light and hinterland hush, our hotel will be a place of rhythm, design and connection — shaped by people who care about the details. We’re looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator to join us in the pre-opening phase — someone who thrives in momentum and brings calm clarity to the complexity. You’ll sit at the centre of the action, supporting our Executive team as we prepare to open our doors. You’ll help shape the systems and communication that will define how ANdAZ Gold Coast operates from day one. The Role You’ll be the connective thread across leadership and departments — ensuring priorities are aligned, timelines are moving and nothing gets lost in the pace of pre-opening. You will:
- Coordinate Executive schedules and priorities with precision and discretion
- Keep pre-opening timelines and milestones visible and on track
- Prepare presentations, reports and internal communications with polish
- Support cross-department collaboration and follow-through
- Track key operational documentation and ensure readiness across teams
- Anticipate needs before they’re voiced This role requires judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to shift gears quickly. Pre-opening is dynamic. Things evolve. Qualifications You likely bring:
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a hotel, hospitality or corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, warm, and considered
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing composure
- Calm under pressure, organised without rigidity
- A high level of discretion and professionalism
- Emotional intelligence and confidence engaging with senior leaders and guests
