Key Safety Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams across on‑site solar and renewable energy O&M; projects
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operational responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sites
- Collaborate with global teams, including participation in after‑hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and Asia
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives Skills & Experience
- Minimum two years’ experience managing O&M; projects in utility‑scale solar or renewable energy (or transferable experience)
- Proven management and leadership skills with extensive experience in team development, effective communication, project delivery, and workforce planning
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, and technical teams in high‑compliance environments
- Proven expertise in safety management, including electrical risk mitigation and compliance with WHSEQ standards
- Demonstrated project financial management skills and solid knowledge of finance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of energy generation systems, asset management, and utility‑scale inverter technology Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
- Current Australian driver’s licence Benefits
