Building Designer (City of Gold Coast)

We’re looking for a Building Designer to join our Product Design team and shape residential designs that are clear, compliant and ready to be built at scale. - Designing and refining master plans for single and double storey dwellings
- Designing and refining custom terrace homes, duplexes and townhouse projects
- Reviewing and adapting plans and facades for buildability, compliance and cost‑efficiency
- Spotting issues fast and improving designs without compromising quality
- Collaborating with drafting, estimating, and construction teams
- Working at pace and cranking out quality designs What you bring
- A sharp design eye and a genuine love for great residential design
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in project or volume building
- A relevant qualification in Building Design or Architectural Drafting
- Strong Revit skills with a love for clean, buildable plans
- Robust grasp of building codes, planning rules and compliance standards
