About the Role

An chance has become available for a Property Manager to step into a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties.

You’ll work closely with your dedicated leasing team and leadership group, allowing you to focus on managing relationships and delivering a high level of service without being overloaded.

This is a Monday to Friday position with flexibility and work‑from‑home options available.

Key Responsibilities Manage a residential portfolio of 150 properties Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests Monitor and manage rental arrears Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections Complete rental reviews and lease renewals Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Represent clients at QCAT hearings when required

What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in Property Management Experience with PropertyMe highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communication and relationship‑building ability High attention to detail and proactive approach A team player who enjoys a supportive environment
