As we continue to grow nationally, we’re looking to strengthen our Technical Supply team with someone who brings strong administrative foundations and is ready to step into a more operational role. About The Opportunity This is a great prospect for a motivated Administrator looking to take the next step in their career. You don’t need a background in stock control, we’ll train you. What matters is your attention to detail, analytical skills, organisation and willingness to learn. You’ll play a key role supporting stock coordination, purchasing and logistics across our national branch network, helping ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the coordination of stock across multiple branches
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and system data
- Assisting with purchase orders, stock receipts and invoice checks
- Helping coordinate stock movements and freight bookings
- Supporting stocktakes and reporting processes
- Working closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly About You
- Extensive previous experience in administration, office support or coordination
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, v look ups, basic pivot tables, data handling)
- Confident communicator who can work across teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
