Motorcycle Sales Consultant (City of Gold Coast)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and convert sales leads from walk‑in, phone and internet enquiries
- Conduct skilled meet & greets, test rides, follow‑ups and deliveries
- Promote and cross‑sell finance, insurance, mechanical protection plans, accessories and parts
- Ensure all paperwork, contracts and delivery documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain strong relationships with customers before, during and after delivery to drive referrals and repeat business
- Present motorcycles, showroom and workspaces to a consistently high standard What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales
- Strong closing skills and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- High attention to detail with contracts, compliance and CRM management
- Confidence building rapport with customers both in‑store and digitally
- Enthusiastic, professional presentation and a customer‑first mindset
- Strong time management and organisational skills What’s on Offer
- High earning potential! Above industry standard base salary of $60,000 plus competitive commission structure
- Expect to earn OTE $75,0000 to $90,000 as anaverage sales person. However as a star performer you can earn up to $100 000 plus
- Strong dealership support structure including Sales Management, F&I; and Customer Service teams
- Ongoing manufacturer and professional training

- Current Motorcycle Licence
