About the role

Reporting directly to Owner, you'll own the operational heartbeat of the business, from client experience and team performance to planning and process improvement. You'll be the person who keeps things running smoothly today, while helping us build for tomorrow.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end service delivery, driving consistent client outcomes, monitoring team performance and workload, and maintaining compliance and quality standards our clients expect. You'll also recruit, onboard and develop staff, build scalable systems and processes, contribute to forecasting and capacity planning, and play an active role in the strategic direction of the business.

Qualifications

A solid background in insurance operations

Experience managing or leading a team

A robust grasp of compliance requirements

An analytical mindset and comfort working with data

A builder's mentality—you create, not just maintain
