Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more! Responsibilities Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- Customer service experience is desired, but not essential
- Ability to supervise team members
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
