At Rocky Point, we’re looking for experienced Full‑time Forklift Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role supporting our Warehouse and Logistics operations, where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently across the site. - Safely load and secure bulk products for transport.
- Move finished goods pallets efficiently within the site.
- Complete daily forklift pre‑start checks and associated paperwork.
- Follow WHS protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support the team to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
- Keep the work area clean and organised to ensure smooth operations.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production. About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment (preferred).
- Current Forklift License (essential).
- Previous truck loading and unloading experience.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Strong awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
- Comfortable performing manual handling tasks.
