Employment Type & Roster
Employment Type: Permanent Part‑Time
Shift Roster: Multiple rosters – Saturday 10:00 am–3:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am–5:00 pm; Saturday 12:00 pm–5:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am–5:00 pm. Flexible scheduling across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, foster a positive shopping experience, and support new and expectant parents.
Responsibilities
Connect with and understand the needs of current and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
Guide customers through product features and benefits to make informed choices.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well‑presented and organised.
Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
High standards in customer service and store presentation.
Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Physical requirements: Able to lift up to 15 kg between floor and shoulder, or 10 kg above shoulder height; ability to wear headset; stand and walk for prolonged periods.
