We are an ASX-listed leader in motorbike retail and wholesale. We are seeking a results‑driven skilled to join our team as a Finance and Insurance Salesperson within The Application Centre (TAC). Reporting directly to the TAC Department Manager, you will be part of our credit team, providing prime service to our network of stores and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end finance process from application through settlement, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Obtain finance approvals and submit applications (same‑day).

Offer motorcycle insurance and mechanical protection plans, optimizing opportunities by providing relevant products.

Maintain accurate records in company computer programs, ensuring information for lenders and insurers is correct and transparent.

Manage signing, secure storage of documentation, and balance purchase agreements post‑settlement.

Keep store managers and customers updated via MCNET, calls, and emails.

Assist colleagues with customer referrals when teammates are unavailable.

Qualifications

Background or strong interest in finance, insurance, or automotive sector.

Confident, customer‑centric communication skills and ability to build trust‑based relationships.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to structured, compliant processes.

Strong computer skills, ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with MCNET is beneficial.

Proactive team player able to thrive in a fast‑paced workplace and meet deadlines.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
