- Kitchen Services supporting our clients at our beautiful Keith Turnbull Place Aged Care Facility. Your Role As a Client Services Assistant
- Kitchen Services you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our clients. Your tasks will include: Cooking & Client Services Duties
- Prepare and cook daily meals and snacks, including ingredient preparation, operating kitchen equipment, serving food, delivering meals to clients, and collecting used dishes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen and dining environment by washing dishes, restocking supplies, cleaning surfaces and floors, managing rubbish, and handling food trolleys.
- Support overall kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, organising menus, managing food and equipment orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Uphold food safety standards by recording temperatures, completing required documentation, and following safe food handling procedures. Your Attributes We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our aged care team to deliver exceptional services to our clients. You have:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cooking is desirable
- Demonstrated experience working in an aged care kitchen workplace.
- Current Police Screening Certificate (valid within the last 3 years)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (where applicable)
- Demonstrated previous cooking experience for large groups would be an advantage
