In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate machinery to cut and bend steel to precise specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency, while supporting loading activities, completing quality checks, and tagging products ready for dispatch. Day shift hours: M
- Th, 6:00am – 2:10pm, and F, 6:00am – 12:00pm. Afternoon shift hours: M
- Th, 2:00pm – 10:10pm, and F, 12:00pm – 6:00pm.
- Monitor production output and adjust settings to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Complete pre‑start checks and ensure all equipment is protected, ready, and compliant
- Operate machinery safely in line with procedures and safety standards
- Load/unload steel, set bend angles, and run controls for precision fabrication
- Inspect finished product for defects and ensure quality compliance standards are met
- Identify, tag, and isolate non‑conforming materials
- Organize, rack, and prepare finished product for dispatch in line with schedule Desired Skills and Experience
- Physically fit and able to operate machinery
- Interest in machinery and production
- Ability to always follow safety procedures
- Ability to communicate well and work in a team
