Bookkeeper and Office Manager (City of Gold Coast)

As our business grows, we are urgently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team in a varied, hands‑on role supporting both our financial and operational functions. This is a genuine opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing
- Day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounts management
- BAS preparation, bank reconciliations and liaison with external accountants
- Accounts payable and receivable
- General office administration and operational support
- Coordination with consultants, suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting management with a range of operational tasks What We're Looking For
- Proven bookkeeping and accounts experience
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive
- Strong communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive financial information
- Experience in property, construction or real estate is a plus — but not essential Why Join Us?
