Overview of the Role

This is a hands-on, outdoor position maintaining grounds across a variety of sites. You’ll be part of a small, supportive crew, carrying out mowing, edging, weeding, hedge trimming, and general property upkeep. The work is physical and varied, with the chance to build your skills in specialised equipment. It’s a outstanding fit for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working in a team, and seeing the results of their efforts each day.

About the Role
- Mow, trim, and maintain lawns and gardens
- Weed, mulch, prune, and perform general grounds care
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Travel between client sites across the Gold Coast region
- Work independently and with your team to deliver quality outcomes

**Essential**:

- Physically fit and happy working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Current Driver’s Licence

**Desirable**:

- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
- Able to tow a trailer confidently
- Flexible, proactive approach with attention to detail
