Highland Park Child Care Educator Required

**Northern Rivers In Home Care is a not for profit In Home Care Child Care Service servicing the Northern Rivers, Brisbane and Gold Coast.** We have a family in Highland Park, Gold Coast requiring care for their 20 month old child. The child has global developmental delays, and complex challenges and has appropriate NDIS Support eg. OT/Speech. The child is mobile and weighs approx.. 14 kg (lifting is required for nappy changes) The mum is opening her new business and works from home, ideally when care is provided appropriate children’s music can be played.

**The days and hours are**

Wednesday to Friday 7.30am to 3.00/3.30pm

**The hourly rate is** $40.00 per hour

(There are 2 indoor cavoodles at the home they are friendly.)

**Start date**: ASAP

**The successful applicant will have the following prerequisites**:

- **Certificate III in Children’s Services (ACECQA approved)**:

- **Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (in a childcare setting)**:

- **Blue Card**:

- **Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)**:

- **Public liability insurance (once successfully placed)**:

- **Medical Clearance**:

- **Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)**:

- **ABN (this role is for a self employed/contractor)**:

- **Photo ID**:

- **PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)**:

- **Be over the age of 18 years old.**:

Pay: $40.00 per hour
