The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team in a supervisor capacity. You will play a key role in managing complex commercial law matters, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a diverse range of commercial law matters, including property transactions, business acquisitions, and leasing. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior solicitors and support staff. Draft and review complex commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical and strategic advice. Contribute to business development initiatives and support firm growth strategies. About You Admission as a solicitor in Australia with substantial commercial law experience. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising legal teams. Proven ability to manage high-value and complex matters efficiently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
