About the Role Finlayson’s Burleigh is seeking a reliable and organised Internal Sales Team Member to join our busy team in the timber and construction industry. This is a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works in a fast‑paced workplace, and is a key support to operations and sales teams. Responsibilities
- General office administration and day‑to‑day support
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Data entry, filing, and document management
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
- Assisting with scheduling, job tracking, and coordination
- Supporting sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently About You You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar position (ideally in the timber/hardware industry)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
