Job Description

We are currently seeking an Operator/Loader to join our Bar team (day or afternoon shift). In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate machinery to cut and bend steel to accurate specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency, while supporting loading activities, completing quality checks, and tagging products ready for dispatch.

Day shift hours: M
- Th, 6:00am – 2:10pm, and F, 6:00am – 12:00pm.

Afternoon shift hours: M
- Th, 2:00pm – 10:10pm, and F, 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

Monitor production output and adjust settings to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency

Complete pre‑start checks and ensure all equipment is secure, ready, and compliant

Operate machinery safely in line with procedures and safety standards

Load/unload steel, set bend angles, and run controls for precision fabrication

Inspect finished product for defects and ensure quality compliance standards are met

Identify, tag, and isolate non‑conforming materials

Organize, rack, and prepare finished product for dispatch in line with schedule

Desired Skills and Experience

Physically fit and able to operate machinery

Interest in machinery and production

Ability to always follow safety procedures

Ability to communicate well and work in a team

Forklift license highly regarded
