Key Responsibilities

Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans.

Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly.

Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.

Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.
