As an In-specie Transfer Administrator, you'll manage the transfer of a variety of assets; including shares and managed funds
- delivering seamless asset transfer experiences for our clients and partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. You'll be the key contact for clients and counterparties, handling complex transactions. Responsibilities
- Oversee the transfer of shares (domestic and international), managed funds, and other assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving enquiries throughout the transfer process.
- Coordinate asset movements between investment platforms and superannuation products.
- Manage case tickets and client communications, delivering service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Compliance, IT) and external partners (Dealer Groups, Advisers, Service Providers). Requirements
- Experience with inspecie or asset transfers, and knowledge of financial instruments, products, and platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Understanding of Australian securities, managed funds, and settlement risks.
- High attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
