Assistant Director – Goodstart Robina Groves Centre: Goodstart Robina Groves Employment Type: Full Time, 38 hours per week Pay: $42.38–$43.60 per hour + super Job Overview Use your experience in early learning to work alongside the Centre Director to support the centre and team. - Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high‑quality early learning and care.
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
- Be responsible for overall management of the centre in the Director’s absence.

- Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position (or similar).
- Diploma – Children’s Services or equivalent.
