Commis Chef Position Title: Commis Chef Location: Robina campus, Bond University, Gold Coast. About the Position Bond University Food and Beverage team seeks an experienced, motivated, customer-focused Commis Chef to prepare food following set guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and delivering exceptional product and service. Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
- Follow food and beverage procedures to meet State and Federal OH&S; and health and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support the team in a busy, quick-paced environment. Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Appropriate level of culinary training.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team. Salary & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $***** (includes 25% casual loading), plus 12% superannuation and applicable penalty rates.
