- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Embrace a hands‑on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Solid organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands (between 6:30am and 6:00pm). Benefits
