Role Overview Your role as a Personal Banker (known internally as a Customer Relationship Officer) is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs. Whether you're assisting customers with enquiries, educating them about our online platforms or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you'll value how it feels to make a difference in people's lives. - Delivering win‑win solutions for our bank and our customers.
- Developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, and designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests.
- Keeping up with constant change and educating customers on digital literacy and online banking.
- Guiding customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.
- Building connections by supporting our customers and making communities a better place. Qualifications To succeed, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service and bring the following:
- Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
- Confidence to communicate with current and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
- Drive for collaboration.
- Experience in consumer lending – a plus but not essential. Job Details This is a permanent, part‑time position located in Varsity Lakes. The roster is 10 hours per fortnight, with the days being Monday, Thursday and Friday. Community Banking Model Community Banking operates on a shared revenue model based on 'profit-with-purpose'.
