Project Manager – Retail Fitout Rollout (6‑Month Contract | Immediate Start) Lead a high‑impact national rollout with real momentum and full ownership across multiple live sites. We are delivering a busy program of commercial retail fitouts across QLD, NSW and VIC for a well‑known national brand, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take charge from day one. The Role This is a full‑time, office‑based role in Carrara (Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm) with regular site visits. Most work is on the Gold Coast, with some travel to NSW and VIC. You will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple retail fitouts, ensuring each store is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver multiple retail fitouts from planning through to handover.
- Coordinate trades, schedules, budgets and procurement.
- Keep projects progressing smoothly by identifying issues early.
- Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage variations, RFIs, WHS, progress claims and close‑out.
- Visit sites regularly across QLD, NSW and VIC. What you Bring
- 3 – 5+ years in construction or shopfitting project management.
- Confident communicator with trades, clients and stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing several live projects.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia. The Details
