Client Service Manager - Financial Planning (City of Gold Coast)

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to take ownership of our growing portfolio of Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) clients and provide high-level administrative and implementation support to our SMSF Specialist Adviser. This is a key role within our business, offering the opportunity to contribute to strategy, compliance, and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end SMSF services, including establishment, administration, compliance, and audit coordination
- Manage implementation of superannuation, investment, and insurance strategies across multiple platforms
- Prepare and submit client documentation and applications, including transactions and account changes
- Collaborate with Advisers on advanced superannuation strategies
- Liaise with auditors and regulators regarding technical and compliance requirements
- Provide SMSF technical expertise across the business and to clients where required would be desirable
- Ensure all lodgement, compliance, and administrative obligations are met for assigned client portfolios
- Proactively contribute to process improvements, efficiencies, and team growth About You
- Proven SMSF experience (highly regarded); SMSF Specialist qualifications highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, compliance, and regulation
- A genuine passion for delivering value and improving client outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
