Assistant Educator (Early Learning) – Reedy Creek Campus We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Learning Assistant Educator. This is a full‑time role, working from Monday to Friday at our Reedy Creek campus. The role is ideal for an individual with a passion for nurturing young children, and a commitment to Christ‑centred education. As part of our growing community, you will work in partnership with educators, families, and support services to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Selection Criteria
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting children with additional needs
- Knowledge of inclusion strategies and early intervention practices
- Understanding of QKLG, EYLF, NQF, and NQS frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with families and educators
- A positive, flexible attitude and a nurturing, child‑focused approach
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) At King's, we are committed to excellence in education and grounded in Christian values. - at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
- at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a Pastor or Minister).
