About The Role
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Gold Coast team on a part‑time basis. The role is offered on a rotating roster. Shifts vary according to practice hours with participation of a rotating roster. Chance for overtime.
These positions have become available due to growth. The team in Gold Coast is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
We expect that you will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, initiative and a outstanding “can‑do” attitude.
About You
Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
Experience in radiology typing will be highly regarded
Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
Skilled personal presentation
