What you will do: Obtain and action daily housekeeping report: No dusty corner escapes your notice! Service guest accommodation and public areas to the highest standards. Oversee laundry operations—washing, drying, folding, and keeping our linen closet looking shipshape. Coordinate with reception, return completed reports, and keep the team in the loop. Support the Housekeeping Manager with training, inventory, and department meetings. Ensure compliance with WHS and lost property procedures—safety and honesty are always in style. Lead room inspections and regular staff training—because even the best can get better!
