As our business grows, we are urgently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team in a diverse, hands‑on role supporting both our financial and operational functions.
This is a genuine chance to work closely with senior leadership in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing Day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounts management BAS preparation, bank reconciliations and liaison with external accountants Accounts payable and receivable General office administration and operational support Coordination with consultants, suppliers and internal teams Assisting management with a range of operational tasks
What We're Looking For Proven bookkeeping and accounts experience Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive Strong communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude Trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive financial information Experience in property, construction or real estate is a plus — but not essential
