Conscious Mind Centre is a boutique adult mental health clinic in Coomera, built around complex trauma, integrative practice, and careful governance.

We are a trauma-focused and integrative psychology clinic working across WorkCover, DVA, Medicare and privately funded referrals for patients over the age of 18. Conscious Mind Centre does not provide any NDIS-funded services, or psychology services for persons under 18 years of age.

Conscious Mind Centre is home to Australia’s first Psychology-led and Indigenous-led Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) model of care, delivered alongside our Authorised Prescriber psychiatrist as part of one of Queensland’s first approved PAT programs. Opportunities may exist for appropriately trained clinicians to contribute to this treatment pathway.

We are seeking psychologists who are:

Warm and clinically grounded

Reliable and clinically confident

Self-directed

Seeking to work autonomously within a supportive team workplace

Diligent and compliant with Medicare letter writing requirements

Open to regulated Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and novel therapeutic approaches

Experience in one or more of the following modalities is highly regarded:

Schema Therapy

EMDR

Parts work or IFS

Psychodynamic therapy

Somatic or body-based therapies

Other trauma-focused therapy beyond CBT-TF

Preferred skills, but not essential:

Training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies (CPAT or equivalent)

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and have Australian working rights.

This role may suit experienced psychologists who are drawn to: complex trauma work, integrative practice, and being part of a clinic doing things differently (without losing clinical rigour, containment or skilled support).

Contractor remuneration will be negotiated with suitable candidates based on experience.
