Role

Working across Arundel and surrounding areas, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a diverse community caseload, including neurological conditions and psychosocial disability.

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

Responsibilities

Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans

Build long-term relationships and see real progress

Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Graduate Program

We provide a structured induction and ongoing support.

A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)

1:1 discipline-specific supervision

6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling

4 paid study leave days per year

Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits

What You’ll Need

Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)

Passion for supporting people with disability

Driver’s licence and own vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
