We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Coolangatta, QLD.

A day in the life

Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 35 team members

Driving the Ghanda values with your store team

Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction

Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space

Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About you

Demonstrated leadership experience – leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values

Customer‑first mindset, nails fundamentals and takes retail seriously

Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role is a plus but not required – at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
