Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where guests are placed at the centre of the business, teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations, and employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work. - Retail or hospitality experience.
