Position Overview We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Bto help lead this energy across our venues — someone who understands service as theatre, detail as instinct, and hospitality as a feeling guests carry with them long after they leave. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a commercially minded operator with a solid creative pulse. You’ll work closely with venue leaders, culinary teams and hotel leadership to shape experiences that feel effortless, locally connected and distinctly ANdAZ. What You’ll Do
- Support the strategic and day‑to‑day leadership of all Food & B operations.
- Drive service excellence across restaurants, bars and in‑room dining.
- Lead, mentor and inspire venue teams with confidence and care.
- Partner with chefs and beverage leaders to evolve concepts, programming, rituals and guest experiences.
- Monitor performance across labour, revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Champion a culture of creativity, accountability and genuine hospitality.
- Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation and operational execution.
- Support recruitment, training and succession planning across the division. Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within luxury hotels or premium lifestyle venues.
- Strong operational knowledge across multi‑outlet Food & B environments.
- A natural leader with high emotional intelligence and presence on the floor.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and performance metrics.
- Passion for contemporary dining, beverage culture and guest experience innovation.
- Ability to move fluidly between strategy and service.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions focused.
