First Nations Personal Carer Traineeship – BlueCare – Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility Permanent Part‑time (minimum 30 hours a fortnight). Available to work across AM (6:00‑2:30pm) and PM (2:00‑10:30pm) shifts, including every second weekend. Salary: $*****per hour + superannuation + not‑for‑profit salary packaging, penalties and allowances, employee discounts. About the Role As a Personal Carer Trainee you will provide care to clients in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities such as:
- Daily living assistance – showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with the individualised Care Plan
- Supporting community‑based recreational and social activities Role Requirements
- Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
- Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full right to work in Australia
- Flexibility to work morning (6:00‑2:00pm) and afternoon (2:00‑10:00pm) shifts, Monday to Friday Employee Advantages
