- Account and client management for SEO and paid advertising.
- Analysis and reporting of performance metrics.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Develop marketing strategy and copywriting.
- Optimize ad platforms and manage creative direction.
- Maintain and grow campaign performance across Google/YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify, Amazon, and Pinterest. Qualifications
- Certified advertiser with 1+ years of paid advertising experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and ability to learn about new paid advertising channels.
- Degree in marketing, psychology, communications, media, business, accounting, statistics or a related field.
- Suitable at‑home working setting with excellent internet connection.
- Strong collaboration skills and confident client communication.
- Problem‑solver who remains calm under pressure.
- Capability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and prospects.
- Self‑motivated, strong work ethic, analytical and logical mindset.
- Creative flair that underpins data‑led decision making. Location & Working Arrangement You must live in Southern Queensland or Northern NSW, including Byron Bay, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Murwillumbah, Kingscliff, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast. You are expected to attend the Tweed Heads South head office 2-3 times per week.
