- Be highly engaging to assist in successful completions of students in alignment with COE and course durations.
- Ensure compliance with 2025 RTO Standards and industry standards for VET & Stream (GDM
- Learning) for training and assessing and ongoing professional development.
- Comply with ASQA requirements in teaching, training, and evaluating students.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback and contributing to validations.
- Face‑to‑face (onsite) delivery at Southport Gold Coast campus.
- Experience with using LMS/SMS (axcelerate). Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
- Minimum 3 years currency industry (L&D; and VET) experience.
- Ability to deliver all units on offer.
- Experience in training and assessing according to vocational education training requirements, able to assist with transferable skills, knowledge and experience of L&D;/Learning Management and course information for student job readiness in L&D;/Learning Management industry.
- Demonstrable trainer matrix and resume with supporting referees and qualification verification.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Excellent training and assessing methodologies and managing international student learning journeys.
- Excellent compliant assessment administration and ability to meet swift turn‑around of assessments.
