· Flexible Hours Job ID: 1347 Overview We are partnering with a long-established and highly respected accounting firm based in Burleigh Heads to recruit an experienced Practice Manager / Client Services Officer. This pivotal position supports Directors and accountants to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Role
- Preparing client documentation and supporting ATO lodgements
- Managing billing, invoicing, WIP monitoring and debtor follow-up
- Overseeing compliance documentation and corporate secretarial matters
- Monitoring workflow, productivity and client service standards
- Supporting HR processes, employee appraisals and record management systems
- Providing high-level administrative support to Directors and staff About You
- Previous administration experience within an accounting or professional services firm
- Experience liaising with the ATO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero and practice management systems
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Enjoy accountability, organisation and being relied upon as the backbone of a professional practice What's On Offer
