Position Summary We are seeking dedicated Food Service Workers and Cooks to join our team providing hurricane disaster relief to affected areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing excellent customer service in various settings. This job post is to build an available labor pool until we are called to action. Position: Temporary/As Needed. Location: Gulf Coast/East Coast (Dependent on Disaster Location). Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Support catering and banquet events
- Handle food with care and attention to hygiene standards
- Provide any other services as deemed necessary Job Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety protocols
- Robust customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the food service industry Preferred Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to travel anywhere in the United States without restriction for long periods of time
- Ability and willingness to work in harsh conditions (hurricane damaged areas, etc.)
