- Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead the entire sales cycle: conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes
- Develop relationships and build trust with clients
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D; teams to drive growth and revenue Qualifications & Experience
- Permanent working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2 years of outbound/prospecting experience
- Strong business knowledge & sales skills
- Genuine interest in IT & software
