About the Role We're seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in a manufacturing or fast‑paced environment. In this hands‑on role, you'll support our team in the finishing of our custom made products. Key Responsibilities
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to motivate, guide and support team members to achieve daily targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Plan daily production and allocate tasks effectively
- Apply Lean Manufacturing & 5S principles for continuous improvement
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Flux, bake and solder cores prior to despatch to ensure product integrity
- Silver corners to seal header plates
- Core washing and preparation
- Test radiator cores for leaks and quality compliance
- Safely operate lifting equipment including chains, jigs and other devices
- Maintain department cleanliness and complete daily cleaning sign‑offs
