As an Event Services Assistant Floor Manager you will have the prospect to bring extraordinary events to life within our world‑class events centre. A few of your responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth operation of events, from setup to execution, ensuring flawless coordination and timely delivery
- Lead a dedicated events team, fostering a cooperative and guest‑centric workplace
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectations
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably within an events or conferencing setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve and the capacity to remain cool under pressure
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands
