- Coordinating vessel bookings for haul‑outs, returns and marina stays
- Communicating with a wide range of customers and onsite tenants via email, phone and walk‑ins
- Managing inbound calls, emails, two‑way radios and face‑to‑face enquiries
- Taking payments, quoting, invoicing and general admin duties
- Scheduling vessels and bookings
- Using Pacsoft (marine based software), along with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Working onsite full‑time within a dynamic team workplace Qualifications
- A strong foundation of marine knowledge, understanding boats and the industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a broad customer base
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive, customer‑focused attitude with solid admin capabilities
