Assistant Store Manager – Harbour Town As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a shopping workplace where our team delivers excellence in customer service, achieving company set budgets and KPIs, identifying store opportunities, and leading, motivating and empowering the team. You will also support visual merchandising and business strategy to drive commercial success. Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail management experience
- Experience managing a team of 2 or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPIs
- Analytical with the ability to identify store opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
- Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically
- Interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in personal style and presentation
