Express Portables is looking for a hands‑on Yard & Warehouse Operator to join our growing team. $90,000 + Super | $***** per hour | 38 hours per week | Mon-Fri This role suits someone with strong forklift experience, solid handyman or carpentry skills, and someone who enjoys physical work and keeping a busy warehouse and yard running smoothly. We move portable buildings, tiny homes, saunas, BBQ units and modular products daily, so this role involves constant forklift operation throughout the day. Responsibilities
- Daily forklift operation moving buildings, containers and stock
- Unloading shipping containers
- Loading outbound deliveries
- Preparing buildings for dispatch and display
- Handyman work, light carpentry, adjustments and repairs
- General warehouse and yard duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace Qualifications
- Experienced forklift operator with daily usage experience
- Forklift licence required
- Confident moving large or bulky items safely
- Strong handyman or carpentry skills
- Reliable and hard working
- Takes initiative and works well in a team
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Physically fit and capable of manual work Benefits
