About the role Opportunity to join team BJT Equip as a Sales Manager/allocations. As a leading provider of industrial equipment, BJT Equip is seeking an experienced sales professional to oversee and drive sales management for the business. This full-time role is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland and will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of the company. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
- Oversee and manage a team of operators and drivers, providing support and mentorship to drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Support and oversee projects
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the industrial equipment or a similar sector
- Robust leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
