To continue this growth, Forch Australia are now seeking a talented Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service and generate sales opportunities in the Port & Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane. Job Description What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Meet (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Cold‑call/prospect new business to grow the active customer base.
- Follow a structured call cycle using our CRM tool.
- Maintain up‑to‑date Forch product knowledge to promote, sell and provide reliable advice.
- Conduct regular on‑site client visits, including assisting with Forch Varo storage installations.
- Ensure Varo units are fully stocked, maintained and presented to standard during each visit.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and achieve individual/team targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For
- Preferably demonstrated sales experience, but not essential. What matters is your drive and ability to grow a customer base.
- Attention to detail in managing quotes, orders, and customer needs.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to learn product knowledge and the drive to continuously expand your expertise.
